Deb Hagerott
Deb has 25 years of dietary service at Hi-Acres Manor. She is ServSafe Certified and received Culinary Arts training in 2007. Her forte is designing platters for buffets and garnishing dinner plates for meals.
   
Janet Smith
Janet has over 30 years experience in the food service business.  Prior to her employment at Hi-Acres Manor, Janet owned the Depot Cafe in Jamestown, North Dakota.  Her previous experience in preparation of large meals and catering is an asset to Hi-Acres Manor.
